Responsibilities & Duties

  • You'll be bidding on online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), with 80% of your focus on identifying projects and submitting proposals.
  • You'll be researching potential clients and industries to find suitable projects.
  • You'll be writing and submitting proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting the company’s value.
  • You'll be following up on bids and communicating with potential clients via email and online platforms.
  • You'll be collaborating with the sales and technical teams to understand project requirements and refine proposals.
  • You'll be assisting in preparing presentations and documents to support business development activities.
  • You'll be staying updated on industry trends and company services to improve bidding strategies.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus point.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use CRM software for tracking leads and client interactions (preferred but not 
  • mandatory).
