Hiring for a BDM.

& duties

·        Responsible for generating business through social network, online biding portals, cold calling, Email marketing, social media marketing and other sources.

·        Build the BDE team to generate higher value leads and convert them to customers.

·        Align with long term company goals and analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

·        Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

·        Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

·        Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

·        Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Skill-set we are looking for?

·        2+ years of experience as BDM in IT Industry.

·        Must have experience in On-line bidding, social media, Lead Generations.

·        Must have International IT sales experience.

·        Must have expertise on LinkedIn.

·        Identify, develop and build differentiators in client offerings.

·        Willingness to learn about new trends and technologies.

·        Capable to work individually with minimal guidance.

·        Lead the team to achieve and exceed the revenue targets [individual targets & team targets].

·        Have experience or is willing to work dedicatedly in Software service industry.

·        Great interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Good time-management skills.
