Responsibilities
& duties


  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to ensure collective success in reaching business goals.
  • Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for potential projects and clients.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Managing and optimizing lead generation strategies across multiple channels to grow the business.
  • Developing international client relationships to expand our reach.
  • Helping team members improve their sales skills to meet targets.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align business development strategies with company goals.

  • Understanding of IT services and technology stacks.
  • Lead Generation.
  • Crafting and delivering impactful proposals.

Preferred Skills:

  • RFP proposals and government tendering.
