- Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for potential projects and clients.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Managing and optimizing lead generation strategies across multiple channels to grow the business.
- Developing international client relationships to expand our reach.
- Helping team members improve their sales skills to meet targets.
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Collaborating with other departments to align business development strategies with company goals.
