Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in leading and managing project lifecycles, ensuring projects stay on track within scope and budget.
- Support ERP system implementation and integration, aligning with business processes under supervision.
- Maintain and update ERP documentation, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior project managers on resource planning to optimize team efficiency.
- Contribute to project plans, schedules, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and resolve project challenges.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Adhere to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and provide project updates as needed.
- Foster team collaboration and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration within project workflows.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools to monitor project performance.
