To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed in the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Data Sources & Accuracy

Our app collects and displays publicly available data from websites using automated methods (also known as web scraping). We do not own or control the data displayed. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content.

The original websites may update, remove, or restrict data at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Third-Party websites

Although this website includes links to other third-party websites, which had not participated in the development of those other sites and does not exert any editorial or other control over those websites. Access to and use of such other websites is at the user's own risk
