Project Overview
Softices Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to present this detailed
proposal for developing the UR Freight mobile application. The
solution will be a single unified app built using React Native,
serving three roles: Customer (Shipper), Driver, and Broker. In
addition, improvements and fixes will be applied to the UR Freight
website to ensure smooth integration with the mobile app.
The platform will provide:
Posting and bidding on jobs
GPS tracking
Secure escrow payments
AI-based notifications and alerts
Digital document signing (BL, POD) and upload storage
Multi-language support (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, English)
Admin dashboard for managing users, jobs, payments, and

Primary Goals:
Build a single mobile app with role-based access (Customer
and Driver).
Integrate real-time GPS tracking using Google Maps API.
Enable AI-based notifications for unassigned jobs, nearby
opportunities, and order updates.
Implement secure escrow payments with credit
card/Stripe/PayPal support.
Provide digital document management for BL, POD, and
uploaded photos.
Enhance and fix the existing Laravel website for performance,
