The IT Product Manager at Softices will own the end-to-end digital consumer journey across mobile applications, website, checkout, payments, and retention systems. Responsibilities & Duties
- Own and manage the product roadmap for mobile app, website, checkout, and subscription platforms
- Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
- Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
- Define and manage CleverTap event schema, analytics, and retention strategies
- Integrate and manage CRM and customer support tools such as TeleCRM and Freshdesk
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams to manage sprints, releases, and quality assurance
- Drive product analytics, monitor KPIs, and conduct weekly performance reviews

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in D2C products and mobile applications
