You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

User Accounts

• Guest: Access to selected features without registration.
• Registered/Freemium: Access to additional features, which may include advertisement-supported or ad-unlock access.
• Premium: Access to paid features through an active subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and payments are processed through the applicable platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are subject to the applicable platform's terms and policies.

Deleting your IPO Advisor account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You must manage subscriptions through the relevant app-store account.

IPO Information and Accuracy

IPO Advisor may display information such as:

• Price bands and issue information
• Subscription data
• Grey Market Premium (GMP)
• Allotment and listing information
• Company and financial information
• IPO performance
• AI-generated analysis and insights

Information may be obtained from public sources, third-party providers, market data sources, and other available resources.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and timely information, but we do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Information may change without notice.

AI-Generated Content

Some features may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analysis, insights, or other content.

AI-generated information may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial or investment decision.

Nothing available through the App should be considered:

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softices shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on information provided through the App, including investment decisions, market movements, IPO outcomes, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms when our App, features, services, or legal requirements change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
