Responsibilities
& duties

  • Repair and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Administer and manage network devices & assets to ensure stable and reliable performance.
  • Document IT processes and procedures, providing clear instructions to internal teams.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly through regular maintenance and basic safety checks.

Soft Skills:  
  •  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •  Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  •  Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. 

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
  •  1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical support.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  •  System Installation, Configuration & Maintenance
  •  Experience with cloud platforms and server management (e.g., AWS, Azure) will be a plus point.
